Ok08 Terms and Conditions — Clear Rules for You to Play Safely

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between you — the user — and ok08, a Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, and crash games platform serving the Brazilian market. By accessing, registering for, or using any feature of ok08, you fully accept these terms.

Ok08 may update these Terms at any time. Changes that affect user rights or obligations will be communicated by email at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the platform after that period constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Eligibility & Registration

To create an account at ok08 and use its services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age of age on the date of registration;
• Be a resident of Brazil or access the platform from Brazilian territory;
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information on the registration form, including full name, CPF, date of birth, a valid email address, and mobile number;
• Not have been previously banned or excluded from ok08 for violating these Terms;
• Not be under legal guardianship that limits your capacity to enter into obligations.

Ok08 reserves the right to request additional documents to verify your identity at any time — particularly for withdrawals above R$ 5,000.00 or when irregular activity is suspected. Failure to submit the requested documents may result in account suspension until the matter is resolved.

User Account

Each user may create only one account at ok08. Duplicate accounts identified by the platform will be closed without prior notice, and the available balance may be held pending completion of verification.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — email and password — confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. ok08 is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from the user's own negligence.

If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else, contact ok08 support immediately via the live chat available on the platform, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Ok08 keeps records of all transactions, bets, and account activity for at least 5 years, as required by applicable Brazilian law.

Deposits and Payments

Ok08 accepts only Brazilian payment methods. The minimum deposit is R$ 10.00. The available methods are:

All deposits must be made from a bank account or payment method held in the name of the registered ok08 user. Deposits made by third parties will be returned and may result in account suspension.

Ok08 does not accept cash, cryptocurrencies, gift cards, or any payment method other than those listed above. Foreign currency transfers are not accepted — all amounts are processed exclusively in BRL (R$).

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount at ok08 is R$ 30.00. Withdrawals are processed exclusively via Pix or TED transfer, to a bank account held in the name of the registered user.

Processing time is up to 30 minutes for withdrawals via Pix to verified accounts. Most requests are processed in under 10 minutes. TED withdrawals follow Brazilian interbank system business hours.

For withdrawals above R$ 5,000.00, ok08 may request additional identity verification documents — such as a driver's license, national ID, or proof of address — in accordance with anti-money laundering protocols. Review times in these cases may be extended to up to 72 business hours.

Ok08 does not charge a fee for Pix withdrawals. Any TED bank fees are the user's responsibility, in accordance with the destination financial institution's policy.

Bonuses and Promotions

Ok08 offers a range of promotions — welcome bonuses, weekly reload, VIP cashback, free spins, and more. Each promotion has specific terms published on the Promotions page, including:

• Bonus amount and percentage;
• Minimum deposit required for activation;
• Rollover requirement (number of times the bonus must be wagered before withdrawal);
• Games eligible for rollover completion;
• Deadline for completing the rollover requirement.

General rules applicable to all ok08 promotions:

• Each welcome bonus is valid only once per CPF, residential address, device, and payment method;
• Ok08 reserves the right to cancel bonuses if abusive use, collusion between accounts, or a violation of these Terms is identified;
• Withdrawals requested before the rollover is completed will result in the cancellation of the bonus balance and any winnings generated from it — the real deposit balance remains available;
• VIP program cashback has no rollover and is credited directly as real balance;
• Ok08 may end, modify, or replace any promotion at any time, with prior notice where possible.

Sports Betting

Ok08 offers betting on football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, FIFA World Cup, and more), volleyball, basketball (NBB and international leagues), MMA, UFC, e-sports (CS2, League of Legends, Valorant), and many other sports.

General Sports Betting rules at ok08:

• Bets are final at the moment of confirmation by the user — it is not possible to cancel a bet after confirmation, except when the event is cancelled by the organizer;
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets are fully refunded to the user's balance, unless stated otherwise in the specific rules for that sport;
• Ok08 reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious odds errors (odds clearly outside market standards) — the user will be notified and the amount refunded;
• Live (in-play) bets are subject to minor processing delays due to event broadcast latency — ok08 is not responsible for bets placed after the market has actually closed;
• The minimum bet amount is R$ 1.00, and the maximum bet per wager depends on the market and event, as shown in the interface before confirmation.

Casino, Slots and Crash Games

The casino games, slots, and crash games available on ok08 are provided by third-party suppliers — including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Spribe, Play'n GO, Nolimit City, Hacksaw Gaming, and others — and operate on Random Number Generator (RNG) algorithms certified by independent laboratories such as eCOGRA and GLI.

Ok08 publishes the RTP (Return to Player) for each game before you place a bet. The RTP is calculated over a very high volume of rounds — individual short-term results may vary significantly.

• Using a third party's account, including a family member's, to place bets on your behalf;
• Intentionally exploiting system errors, bugs, or incorrect odds to obtain undue gains;
• Engaging in any form of harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior in platform chats and interactions.

Any identified prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, balance hold for review, and, in serious cases, referral to the appropriate authorities in accordance with Brazilian law.

Responsible Gambling

• Daily deposit limit: set a maximum amount that can be deposited within 24 hours;
• Session loss limit: set a maximum loss limit in crash games before autobet automatically ends the session;
• Temporary account pause: pause your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days with a single click — no access is possible during that period;
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanently close your account at any time. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reactivated.

Ok08 is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from issues with the user's own internet connection during a round or bet;
• Betting decisions made by the user based on third-party information or tips from outside the platform;
• Financial losses resulting from irresponsible use of the platform in violation of responsible gambling recommendations;
• Bank or payment provider errors in processing deposits or withdrawals that are outside ok08's control.

If a verified technical error affected the outcome of a round or bet, ok08 will void the transaction and return the wagered amount to the user's balance.

Account Closure

You can request account closure at any time via the ok08 support chat or by emailing contato@ok08.net. When you submit a closure request:

• Any pending real-balance withdrawals will be processed before the account is permanently closed;
• Bonus balance that has not met the rollover requirement is cancelled without refund;
• The closure is processed within 5 business days of the request;
• Personal data is retained for the minimum period required by law for tax and anti-money laundering purposes — a minimum of 5 years.

Ok08 may unilaterally close an account in the event of a proven violation of these Terms, submission of false documents, collusion, or any unlawful activity. In such cases, the real deposit balance may be held during a review period as required by applicable law.

Changes to the Terms

Ok08 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in services, legal requirements, or platform improvements. The update process follows these steps:

1. The new version of the Terms is published on this page with the indicated effective date;
2. Registered users are notified by email at least 15 days' notice before any amendment affecting already-acquired rights or obligations takes effect;

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
